This page explains how users of the Kurdistan Technical Institute app (com.kti.mobile) can ask us to delete their account and the data linked to it.
Send an email to sahand8909@gmail.com from the email address on your account, or include the staff ID / phone number you signed up with.
Use the subject line "Account deletion request".
We may contact you to confirm that the account belongs to you.
You can also submit your request through this form without opening your email app.
We may keep official institutional, payroll, and attendance audit records for up to 5 to 7 years when the law requires it for accounting, tax, labor regulations, or compliance. These records are not used for anything else.
We finish deletion within 30 days of confirming your request.
